2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on op777. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. op777 does not permit gambling by individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
2.2 Residency. The op777 platform is specifically designed to serve players in Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the platform from Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your place of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from op777 or been excluded by op777 for cause are not eligible to re-register until the exclusion period has formally expired and op777 has confirmed reinstatement in writing.
21+ Only — No Exceptions. op777 applies strict age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all wagers will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the deposit source minus processed bonuses.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and hold only one account on op777. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or different names, on the same device or different devices — is strictly prohibited. op777 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. op777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify op777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Wagers may not be placed on behalf of another person. Winnings generated on an account belong solely to the registered account holder.
op777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the registration process, not only at the point of first withdrawal. Delays in providing requested documents may result in temporary withdrawal holds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. op777 accepts deposits via major Indonesian bank transfers including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are also supported. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The standard minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. op777 may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Members.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) are typically credited instantly. Inter-bank transfers and off-hours transactions may take up to 1–24 hours. op777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the op777 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be actioned.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. op777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the receiving bank's processing schedule. op777 does not guarantee same-day withdrawal receipt and makes no warranty regarding specific clearance times outside of its direct control.
4.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your op777 account are lawfully obtained and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. op777 cooperates with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
Currency. All balances, wagers, and payouts on op777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). op777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion by your bank or e-wallet provider may incur fees outside op777's control.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by op777 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is issued, and to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets at applicable odds contribute according to the stated multiplier.
5.3 Bonus Validity Periods. Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the expiry date will be automatically forfeited from the account. op777 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances except where forfeiture resulted from a verifiable platform error.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. op777 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a positive outcome; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5.5 Welcome Bonus Restriction. The welcome bonus is available to new Members on their first deposit only. Existing Members, re-registrations, and accounts identified as duplicate registrations are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. op777 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including after initial acceptance, where it believes the wager may result from information asymmetry, technical error, or market manipulation.
6.2 Palpable Errors. Where a price, line, or odds are published in error (a "palpable error"), op777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. A palpable error includes, but is not limited to, a decimal-point error, system display fault, or live feed delay that produced a materially incorrect market price.
6.3 Sporting Event Rules. Sports betting markets on op777 — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the platform's Rules section. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or has its result officially reversed, settlement will follow the published sport rules.
6.4 Casino and Live Games. All casino games, including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed on-screen. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, op777's system log constitutes the authoritative record of the game state at the point of interruption.
6.5 RNG Certification. Random number generators (RNG) used in electronic casino games on op777 are independently tested for statistical fairness. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific session outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the op777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
op777 employs real-time fraud detection, behavioral analytics, and third-party anti-fraud services to identify prohibited conduct. Winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and will not be paid out regardless of the balance displayed in the Account at the time of detection.
8.1 Verification Requirement. All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. op777 may additionally request verification at any time, including at the point of a large deposit, a significant change in betting patterns, or prior to any bonus payout.
8.2 Accepted Documents. op777 accepts the following Indonesian identity documents as primary KYC evidence: National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). Supporting documents may include a bank statement confirming the account used for deposits is registered in the Member's name, a selfie photograph alongside the identity document, and proof of address where required.
8.3 Verification Timeline. op777 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving complete documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawal holds applied pending KYC completion will be lifted as soon as verification is confirmed.
8.4 Non-Cooperation. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension. If a Member cannot be verified after reasonable attempts, op777 reserves the right to close the account and return the net deposited balance (after deducting any bonus funds used) to the original payment source.
9.1 Suspension by op777. op777 may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has failed KYC, or where continuation of the account poses a risk to op777 or other users.
9.2 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should contact op777 support directly. Self-exclusion options are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion applies across all products on the platform and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
9.4 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed for cause (proven fraud, prohibited conduct, or repeated Terms violations), op777 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Members retain the right to appeal this decision by contacting support within 30 days of account closure notification.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the op777 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of op777 or its licensed third-party suppliers.
10.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the op777 platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. op777 is not responsible for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from a Member's unauthorized use of game content.
11.1 op777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to op777 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
11.3 op777 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
12.1 op777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. Details of available tools — including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are set out on the Responsible Gaming page.
12.2 Members are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits at the time of registration. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
12.3 Interaction with Vulnerable Players. Where op777's monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling — including rapid session escalation, recovery-chasing behavior, or repeated failed self-exclusion requests — op777 reserves the right to proactively contact the Member and apply protective restrictions. This is a safeguarding action, not a punitive one.

13.1 op777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, op777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.
13.3 op777 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.
13.4 op777 is not liable for the conduct, content, or availability of third-party services accessed via the platform, including but not limited to payment processors, game studios, and live-stream data providers.
13.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes op777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which op777 holds its operating licence. op777 is an internationally operated platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Indonesia. Members access the platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members agree to contact op777 support and allow a 30-day period for good-faith resolution. The majority of account disputes are resolved at this stage without formal escalation.
14.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against op777.
15.1 op777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — op777 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the platform or registered email before the changes take effect.
15.2 Minor changes — such as clarification of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or updates to contact details — may take effect immediately upon publication.
15.3 Your continued use of op777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.
